Travel Processes

When you are ready to book your travel, please gather the following information,

• Full name as it appears on current government-issued ID
  • Passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond your return date
• Date of birth
• Gender
• Business travel – Approved Travel Authorization Number
  • If traveling to an international destination please refer to a restricted country list, international VP approval is required. See www.travelsmart.byu.edu
  • Do you need a Visa? (see more info under Visa tab)
• Net ID
