Vehicle Bid Form

  • You must complete and submit ONE VEHICLE BID FORM FOR EACH VEHICLE YOU WANT TO BID ON.
  • If bidding on multiple vehicles (in hopes of improving your odds, or because you want to purchase more than one), please CHECK ALL BOXES THAT APPLY at the BOTTOM OF THIS FORM.
  • BYU reserves the right to accept or reject any bid at it's sole discretion.
  • BYU may terminate or extend an auction at any time at its sole discretion.
  • BYU reserves the right to remove any vehicle listing & it's availability to be bid-on, at it's sole discretion, including doing so PRIOR-TO the posted closing date and time of the auction.
  • Bids received after the auction has closed are null & void.
  • Bids from full-time employees of BYU-Provo will be given priority over all other bids.

  • NOTE: We've added a new "UPDATE MY BID!" option. If exercised BEFORE the auction closes, you now have an easy way to update your most recent, previously-submitted bid for a specific vehicle. Details are shown below, right beneath the field where you enter the dollar amount of your bid!

Do you acknowledge that you have read and hereby agree-to all of the information, terms, conditions and details associated with this auction, including the information provided on this VEHICLE BID FORM?
An "UPDATE MY BID!" option is provided below for bidders wishing to submit a new bid before the auction closes, that will override and replace their previously-submitted bid (the most recent one, that is), for a particular vehicle.
To exercise the "UPDATE MY BID!" option, read the following statement(s) and select the applicable button(s) displayed below:
"I previously submitted a bid for the vehicle identified above on THIS Vehicle Bid Form. However, I want to "UPDATE MY BID" by submitting this new bid, which I understand will replace and override my previous, most recently-submitted bid for this vehicle."

*Variable bid amounts or ranges will be rejected. Accordingly, submit only one bid amount per vehicle that at-least matches or exceeds the Minimum Bid Amount displayed in the listing.

**Current full-time BYU employment will be confirmed PRIOR-TO awarding highest bidder.
