Lost or Stolen Credit Cards
If a university credit card is lost or stolen, report it immediately to either JPMorgan and Purchasing and Travel to help prevent unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

When a card is reported as lost or stolen, JPMorgan Chase will automatically issue a replacement card with a new account number. Purchasing and Travel will notify the cardholder when the replacement card has been received and is available for pickup.
If a card that was reported as lost is later recovered, it must not be used, as the account has been permanently deactivated. The recovered card should either be returned to the Purchasing and Travel Office (119 ECCB) or securely shredded by the cardholder.
