Supplier Expectations
Our goal is to ensure that vendor products and services meet the needs of BYU. We expect suppliers to understand BYU’s mission
Supplier sales representatives must not accept a verbal order from University personnel without a valid purchase order, or credit card. All orders and contracts signed by unauthorized personnel will not be valid. All vendors should be familiar with BYU’s Purchase Order Terms and Conditions
Y-Marketplace
BYU has established an e-procurement system, Y-Marketplace to facilitate placing vendor orders. If you are a current BYU supplier and are not on our Y-Marketplace, please contact the agent over your commodity for more information about becoming a contracted supplier on our system. If you are not a BYU supplier, we can discuss the possibility of adding your company to our Y-Marketplace system once you become a BYU supplier.
Office Location and Hours
The Purchasing and Travel Management Services office is located in, C-40 Abraham Smoot Building (ASB). Office hours are 8:00 AM to noon and 1:00 PM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, except Tuesday when the office is closed, 10:45am to 1:00pm for University devotionals.

Delivery of Goods
Delivery of goods sent by common carrier is centralized to these two locations on the BYU Campus. US Mail, FedEx and UPS packages are delivered to, BYU Mail Services at, 701 E. University Parkway, Provo, UT 84602. Phone #: 801-422-3872. LTL deliveries are made to 2350 N. Freedom Blvd, Provo, UT 84602. Phone #: 801-422-4724.
